I usually have a low tolerance for confusing parking situations, so I checked Vanderbilt Athletics before heading over just to make sure I knew what I was doing. The parking info was easy enough to follow and gave me a decent idea of where to go.
When I got there, I found a spot quickly and didn’t have to circle around getting annoyed, which I really appreciated. For me, that makes a big difference, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars...

I had a question about my order and, from what I remember, they got back to me quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, but they were helpful enough and got it sorted out, so I can’t really complain.

The videos played really smoothly for me the entire time. No freezing, no weird buffering, nothing that pulled me out of the game... just worked like it should.

The site loads and everything, so I can’t say it’s broken, but wow, it definitely drags at random times. One minute it’s fine, the next I’m just sitting there waiting for a page to catch up. I got the Commodores shirt because I liked how it looked on the site, and the ordering/shipping part was totally fine. It showed up when expected and at first glance the design was nice. I wore it once and washed it, though, and that’s when I started noticing the fabric felt a little thinner than I’d hoped and the print already had a slightly faded look. It’s not awful or anything, but for what I paid, I expected it to feel a bit better quality
